PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following Payment Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with any payment or service request through the portal.

1. Payment Confirmation
The requested service or order will be processed only after successful confirmation of the payment.

2. Payment Gateway
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. All transactions are also subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and security procedures of the respective bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

3. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and valid information, including Vehicle Registration Number, Mobile Number, Name, and any other details required for processing the requested service. The portal shall not be responsible for errors, delays, or service failures arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Service Charges
The applicable service charges and total payable amount will be displayed before payment. Customers are advised to carefully verify the amount, selected service, and other relevant details before completing the transaction.

5. Refund Policy
Once payment has been successfully completed and processing of the requested service has commenced, the payment may not be refundable, except where a refund is specifically permitted under the applicable Refund or Cancellation Policy.

6. Failed or Pending Transactions
If the amount is debited from the customer's bank account but the payment status appears as failed or pending, the transaction will be verified before the requested service is processed. Customers are advised not to make an immediate duplicate payment unless required.

7. Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate payment for the same service or order, the excess amount, where eligible, may be refunded or adjusted in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy and transaction verification process.

8. Bank / Payment Gateway Charges
Any additional charges, processing fees, convenience fees, taxes, or other amounts imposed by a bank, payment gateway, card provider, financial institution, or other third party, where applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

9. Service Processing
Successful payment alone does not guarantee completion or approval of the requested service. Processing shall remain subject to submission and verification of all required information, documents, eligibility criteria, and other applicable requirements.

10. Cancellation
Cancellation of any service or order shall be governed by the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy of the portal. Certain services may become non-cancellable once processing has commenced.

11. Transaction Details
Customers are advised to securely retain the payment receipt, transaction ID, order or service reference number, and any other payment-related details for future reference, support, verification, or dispute resolution.

12. Technical Issues
The portal shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or transaction failures caused by internet connectivity issues, bank server downtime, payment gateway failures, third-party service interruptions, system maintenance, or other technical circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

13. Fraud Prevention
The portal reserves the right to hold, reject, suspend, or cancel any transaction or service request where fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorized, or potentially unlawful activity is detected or reasonably suspected.

14. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting “I Agree”, clicking the payment button, or otherwise proceeding with the payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Payment Terms & Conditions along with the applicable service, cancellation, refund, and privacy policies of the portal.

15. Governing Law
These Payment Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as permitted under applicable law.
