These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, online portal, payment facilities and related services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting a service request or proceeding with a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies published on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not proceed with the relevant transaction or service request.

CRAZYWHEELZ aims to provide access to vehicle-related products and services, which may include:

• FASTag products and services from available partner banks and issuers.

• High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) booking assistance and related services.

• Vehicle insurance-related services.

• GPS and Vehicle Location Tracking Device (VLTD) products and services.

• Vehicle documentation assistance.

• Other automotive products and services listed on our portal.

Service availability, eligibility, pricing and processing requirements may vary depending on the selected service and the relevant provider.

3. Nature of Services

Certain services may be facilitated through partner banks, insurance companies, authorised vendors, manufacturers, government-linked portals, payment gateways or other third-party service providers.

Where applicable, the terms and conditions of the relevant service provider will also apply.

CRAZYWHEELZ will accurately describe its role in providing or facilitating each service. The availability of a service on our portal does not, by itself, imply that CRAZYWHEELZ directly issues or officially approves that service.

4. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a binding agreement and use the relevant service.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and valid personal information.

• Entering the correct vehicle registration number and vehicle details.

• Providing a valid mobile number and other required contact information.

• Submitting genuine and valid documents where required.

• Reviewing the selected service and order details before payment.

• Complying with the applicable eligibility, KYC and documentation requirements.

CRAZYWHEELZ shall not be responsible for errors, delays or service failures arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Document Verification

Certain services may require the submission and verification of vehicle documents, KYC information, insurance details or other supporting documents.

Submitting an application or completing payment does not guarantee acceptance or approval. The relevant service provider may request additional information or reject an application that does not satisfy applicable requirements.

6. Payment Terms & Conditions

Please read the following payment terms carefully before making a payment or submitting a service request through CRAZYWHEELZ.

6.1 Payment Confirmation

The requested service or order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, where payment is required.

A payment confirmation does not necessarily mean that the service has been approved, issued or completed.

6.2 Payment Gateway

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, banks or other supported payment providers.

Transactions are subject to the applicable terms, conditions, security procedures and policies of the respective bank, payment gateway, card provider or financial institution.

6.3 Accuracy of Information

Customers must ensure that all information submitted during the order and payment process is accurate, complete and valid, including the vehicle registration number, mobile number, customer name and other information required for the selected service.

CRAZYWHEELZ shall not be responsible for errors or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by customers, subject to applicable law.

6.4 Service Charges and Total Payable Amount

Applicable service charges and the total payable amount will be displayed before payment, wherever applicable.

Customers should carefully verify the selected service, vehicle details, charges, taxes and other relevant information before completing the transaction.

6.5 Refund Policy

Once payment has been successfully completed and processing of the requested service has commenced, cancellation or refund may be restricted, subject to the applicable service provider's terms and applicable law.

Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and any applicable third-party terms.

Nothing in this clause excludes any refund or remedy that a customer is legally entitled to receive.

6.6 Failed or Pending Transactions

If an amount is debited from the customer's bank account but the payment status appears as failed or pending, the transaction will be verified with the relevant payment provider before the service is processed.

Customers are advised not to make an immediate duplicate payment unless required after checking the transaction status.

If the transaction remains unresolved, customers should contact our support team with the transaction ID or payment reference.

6.7 Duplicate Payments

If a customer makes multiple payments for the same service or order, the excess payment will be verified.

Any confirmed excess amount will be refunded or otherwise resolved where eligible, in accordance with our Refund Policy, payment-provider procedures and applicable law.

6.8 Bank and Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable processing fees, convenience fees, taxes or other charges imposed by a bank, payment gateway, card provider or financial institution will be disclosed wherever required.

Such charges will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and law. No additional charge will be imposed contrary to applicable legal requirements.

6.9 Service Processing

Successful payment alone does not guarantee completion or approval of the requested service.

Processing remains subject to the submission and verification of required information, documents, eligibility criteria, product availability and other applicable requirements.

6.10 Cancellation

Cancellation of any order or service is governed by our Cancellation Policy and the relevant service provider's terms.

Certain services may become non-cancellable after processing has commenced, a product has been dispatched, a FASTag has been issued or activated, or a service has otherwise been completed, subject to applicable law.

6.11 Transaction Records

Customers should securely retain their payment receipt, transaction ID, order ID, service reference number and other relevant payment details for future reference, support requests or dispute resolution.

6.12 Technical Issues

Payment processing may be affected by internet connectivity problems, bank server downtime, payment gateway failures, system maintenance or third-party service interruptions.

CRAZYWHEELZ will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with transaction-related issues but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of external systems.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

6.13 Fraud Prevention and Transaction Review

CRAZYWHEELZ may review, hold, reject or suspend a transaction or service request where fraudulent, suspicious, unauthorised or potentially unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

Any action will be taken in accordance with applicable law and relevant payment-provider requirements.

6.14 Acceptance of Payment Terms

By selecting an “I Agree” checkbox, clicking the payment button or otherwise proceeding with payment, the customer confirms that they have had the opportunity to review and accept these Payment Terms & Conditions and the applicable service policies.

Where consent is required by law, the relevant consent will be obtained before processing.

7. FASTag Services

FASTag services may be provided through partner banks or authorised issuers.

• FASTag eligibility and vehicle classification depend on the vehicle details and applicable requirements.

• A FASTag is generally vehicle-specific and must not be transferred between vehicles.

• Issuance, activation, recharge, wallet balances, security deposits, fees and replacement procedures are governed by the relevant issuer's terms.

• Customers must follow the issuer's instructions for activation, use, recharge and complaint resolution.

CRAZYWHEELZ does not control toll plaza operations or independent systems operated by FASTag issuers.

8. HSRP Services

HSRP bookings and related services are subject to the requirements of the applicable authorised booking platform, manufacturer or service provider.

Customers must provide accurate vehicle registration details and follow the required booking and fitting procedures.

Booking confirmation does not necessarily guarantee immediate availability or fitting at a particular time unless confirmed by the relevant provider.

Cancellation, correction, replacement and refund requests will be handled according to the applicable provider's rules and law.

9. GPS / VLTD Services

GPS/VLTD devices and related services may require compatibility checks, installation, activation, registration or subscription renewal.

Customers must follow the applicable device and service provider's instructions.

Device performance, network connectivity and tracking availability may depend on the device, telecom network, power supply, platform and other external factors.

Warranty, replacement, subscription and renewal requests are governed by the relevant product and service terms.

10. Vehicle Insurance Services

Vehicle insurance products and policies are subject to the terms of the respective insurer and applicable insurance regulations.

Policy issuance, premiums, coverage, exclusions, claims, cancellation and refunds are determined according to the applicable policy and law.

Customers should review the policy wording, coverage, exclusions and premium before purchasing insurance.

CRAZYWHEELZ does not guarantee policy approval or claim settlement.

11. Pricing, Taxes and Other Charges

Applicable product prices, service fees, taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed costs will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the customer confirms the order.

Government fees, statutory charges and third-party fees may be determined by the relevant authority or provider.

Customers should review the final payable amount before completing payment.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products, where available, will be shipped according to the delivery details displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise and may depend on product availability, courier arrangements and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

13. Cancellation Policy

Customers may submit cancellation requests through the contact details or process specified on our website.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the service type, processing status and applicable provider's terms.

Orders that have already been issued, activated, dispatched, manufactured or completed may have cancellation restrictions.

14. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the nature of the service, payment status, processing stage and relevant provider's terms.

Approval of a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

17. Customer Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Use another person's personal information or documents without lawful authority.

• Attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts.

CRAZYWHEELZ may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users or comply with legal requirements.

19. Website Availability and Technical Issues

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults, network problems, security incidents or third-party service disruptions.

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and our obligations to customers.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CRAZYWHEELZ will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Used Vehicle Dealers Policy

1. Dealer Registration and Verification

Dealers wishing to list used vehicles on CRAZYWHEELZ must complete the registration process and provide accurate business and contact details.

The Company may request the following documents, wherever applicable:

• Dealer's legal business name, address, and contact details

• PAN, GSTIN, and business registration documents, where applicable

• Identity and authorization details of the person managing the dealer account

• Bank details for eligible transactions

• Any other documents reasonably required for verification and compliance

Approval of a dealer account does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or endorsement of the dealer or the vehicles listed.

2. Vehicle Listing Requirements

Dealers must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information for every vehicle listed on CRAZYWHEELZ, including, where applicable:

• Vehicle category: car, two-wheeler, truck, bus, commercial vehicle, or other vehicle

• Make, model, variant, and manufacturing year

• Registration year and registration state

• Vehicle registration number, where appropriate and lawful to display

• Ownership history and number of previous owners, based on available records

• Odometer reading and its verification status, where available

• Fuel type and transmission type, where applicable

• Engine capacity, gross vehicle weight (GVW), axle configuration, or other relevant specifications for commercial vehicles

• Tyre condition, battery condition, and general vehicle condition

• Accident, flood, major repair, or damage history, to the extent known

• Insurance status, validity, and claim history, where available

• Fitness Certificate, permit, PUC, and other applicable document status for commercial vehicles

• Expected selling price and applicable additional charges

• Clear and current photographs of the actual vehicle

Dealers must disclose any known material defects, missing documents, major repairs, legal restrictions, or other facts that could reasonably affect a buyer's decision.

3. Vehicle Ownership and Legal Documents

Dealers must ensure that they are legally entitled to advertise and offer each vehicle for sale.

Where applicable, the dealer must verify or obtain relevant documents, including:

• Registration Certificate (RC)

• Seller's identity and authority to sell

• Valid insurance details, where applicable

• Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, where applicable

• Fitness Certificate and permit for transport vehicles, where applicable

• Loan or hypothecation status and relevant financier clearance, where required

• Transfer documents and other documents required by the relevant RTO

Dealers must not list stolen vehicles, vehicles subject to undisclosed legal restrictions, or vehicles they are not authorized to sell. Vehicle ownership transfer and RTO formalities must be completed in accordance with applicable law.

4. Accuracy of Vehicle Information

Dealers must not:

• Misrepresent the vehicle's manufacturing year, model, mileage, ownership history, or condition.

• Alter or manipulate odometer readings or vehicle photographs.

• Hide known material damage, major repairs, or relevant legal or financial restrictions.

• Advertise a vehicle as accident-free, verified, certified, or mechanically inspected without an adequate factual basis.

• Use photographs or documents belonging to another vehicle to mislead customers.

If any listing information changes or becomes inaccurate, the dealer must promptly update or remove the listing.

5. Listing Fees and Commercial Terms

Any listing fee, subscription charge, featured-listing fee, lead fee, commission, or other commercial charge applicable to used vehicle dealers will be communicated through the relevant commercial terms or separate written agreement.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, listing a vehicle on CRAZYWHEELZ does not guarantee enquiries, leads, sales, or a minimum selling price.

Dealers must not misrepresent the Company's role in negotiating, inspecting, financing, or completing a vehicle sale.

6. Customer Enquiries and Vehicle Inspections

Dealers must respond honestly and professionally to buyer enquiries.

Dealers are responsible for arranging vehicle inspections, test drives, price negotiations, and sale-related discussions, unless the Company has separately agreed in writing to provide those services.

Before a test drive, dealers should verify the driver's valid licence and ensure that the vehicle is legally permitted and appropriately insured for the proposed use.

Buyers should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and review relevant documents before completing the transaction.

7. Sale Completion and Ownership Transfer

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, CRAZYWHEELZ acts as a listing or facilitation platform and is not the seller or owner of vehicles listed by independent dealers.

The dealer and buyer are responsible for agreeing on the final sale price, payment arrangements, delivery, applicable taxes, and ownership-transfer responsibilities.

The dealer must not mark a vehicle as sold or unavailable inaccurately. Once a vehicle is sold, reserved, or no longer available, the dealer must update its listing promptly.

All ownership transfers, tax obligations, and RTO-related formalities must comply with applicable laws and procedures.

8. Payments, Loans, and Financial Claims

Dealers must clearly disclose any known outstanding loan, hypothecation, or other financial restriction affecting the vehicle.

Dealers must not promise loan approval, guaranteed financing, a particular interest rate, or assured resale value unless such claims are supported by the relevant authorized provider and applicable terms.

Any vehicle financing or insurance services offered through third parties will be subject to the third party's eligibility requirements, verification process, and terms.

9. Complaints, Disputes, and Dealer Responsibility

Dealers are responsible for addressing complaints relating to vehicle descriptions, undisclosed defects, ownership documents, payment arrangements, delivery, and sale-related representations made by them.

CRAZYWHEELZ may request supporting documents, investigate reported listings, restrict visibility, suspend a listing, or suspend a dealer account where there are reasonable concerns about fraud, misleading information, legal compliance, or customer safety.

Any warranty, return, refund, or after-sale commitment made by a dealer must be clearly documented and honoured in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.

10. Platform Disclaimer for Used Vehicles

CRAZYWHEELZ provides a platform for displaying vehicle listings and facilitating enquiries, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Vehicle information is supplied by the relevant dealer or seller. CRAZYWHEELZ does not independently guarantee the accuracy, ownership, mechanical condition, roadworthiness, accident history, legal status, or suitability of every listed vehicle.

Buyers should independently inspect the vehicle, verify the original documents and ownership status, and obtain appropriate professional advice before making payment or completing a purchase.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
