3. FASTag Cancellation

• Cancellation requests may be considered before the FASTag application is submitted or processing begins.

• Once the FASTag has been issued, activated, dispatched or linked to a vehicle, cancellation may not be available through CRAZYWHEELZ.

• Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled according to the issuing bank's or authorised FASTag provider's policy.

• Wallet balances, security deposits and applicable charges are subject to the relevant provider's terms.

4. HSRP Cancellation

• Customers should request cancellation as early as possible after placing an HSRP order.

• Cancellation eligibility depends on the booking status and the applicable HSRP service provider's rules.

• Once the order has been submitted, approved, manufactured, dispatched or processed, cancellation may be restricted.

• Any eligible refund will be processed according to the relevant provider's policy and applicable law.

5. GPS / VLTD Services

• Cancellation requests for GPS/VLTD devices, subscriptions, renewals and related services may be considered before activation or dispatch.

• Once a device has been dispatched, installed, activated or a subscription has commenced, cancellation may be restricted.

• Refunds, replacements and warranty claims will be governed by the applicable supplier's or service provider's terms and conditions.

6. Vehicle Insurance Cancellation

Vehicle insurance cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance company and applicable insurance regulations.
